Why none of this is gated
A form in front of a report buys an email address and costs you the readers who would have cited it. We would rather be quoted, forwarded and argued with than sit in a download queue.
So take what is useful. If a figure looks wrong, tell us and we will source it or withdraw it. We have already done that once, and the note is on the report.
